Rapid Transformational Therapy is based on the work of Marisa Peer; voted Britian's top therapist by Tatler magazine. RTT is a hybrid of hypnosis designed to get fast, effective results by getting to the root cause of the problem and then reprogramming and updating the mind for better, more effective behavioural changes.
RTT can be remarkable for also treating many physical ailments and illnesses. This is because it works on the principals of the mind-body connection. It thus treats the emotional component that is linked to the physical condition.
Along with your RTT session, you will be required to listen to a simple recording that is made specifically for you. It is personally tailored to your individual needs based on what is covered within the treatment. It is known that a habit can take around 21 days to form. Therefore this is locking in the changes made within the session. You can feel free to continue to listen to your recording after the 21 days, any day you feel like a top up if you choose.
Faster EFT (Tapping)
I have been personally trained by Robert Smith who developed Faster EFT. This is a modality that combines cutting edge techniques and processes that integrate traditional EFT, BSFF, NLP and visualisation. A great tool that goes beyond traditional cognitive talk therapy.
Faster EFT can also treat physical ailments because often negative feelings are are inter-connected with the body. Again that mind-body connection. An example of this may be a person who still suffers pain from a car accident years earlier. Although real true injuries were sustained, often by going back and addressing that memory, the 'emotional charge' that may still be present can be released and remarkably often the pain as well.
Coaching is designed to help take a client to the next level. To help them break through their limitations and reach their desired outcome.
Mindfulness or meditation are both proven to be highly effective in reducing stress and inducing a state of calmness and clarity. Who doesn't want that! This is something I cover in my coaching.
